	# Please specify details	A series of transactions in the open market by Singapore Warehouse Company (Private) Ltd. (“SWC”). By virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50), Hwa Hong Corporation Limited (“HHCL”) is deemed to have an interest in the shares of the Company held by SWC and/or in which SWC has an interest. SWC is a wholly owned subsidiary of HHCL. By virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50), OHPL is deemed to have an interest in the shares of the Company in which HHCL has an interest as aforesaid, by reason of OHPH holding not less than 20% of the voting shares in HHCL.
